New for 2019-A New Laundry Experience

Dillon Valley has a laundry facility available. It is located downstairs in the clubhouse. Access to the laundry room is through the lower door on the east side of the building.

Laundry Tips and who to call when Service is needed are below.

The Laundry equipment and rates are:

4 Large Capacity Washers @$1.75 per load. These machines accept quarters, credit/debit/prepaid cards and Apple Pay.

4 Large Capacity Dryers @$1.50 per load. These machines accept quarters, credit/debit/prepaid cards and Apple Pay.

2 High Capacity Front Loading Washers @$2 per load. These machines accept quarters only.

2 High Capacity Front Loading Dryers @$2 per load. These machines accept quarters only.

Laundry Tips

Washers:

Use only High Efficiency detergents (one with HE on label).
DO NOT use too much detergent. 1/8 of a cup.
Pre-treat stains with liquid detergent or stain stick.
DO NOT wash items with dyes, oils, tar, grease or other chemicals.
DO NOT pour fabric softener directly on clothes.
Follow instructions on fabric labels.

Dryers:

DO NOT overfill the dryers. Clothes need air to dry.
Check the filter and remove any lint.
Use dryer sheets to cut down on static.
