The Dillon Valley West Condominium Association consists of 174, one, two and three bedroom units. The association is managed by a Board of Directors. Board members are all unit owners elected by the owners at the annual board meeting when their term has expired. Board members are all volunteers.
The association requires dues to be paid by homeowners monthly. The dues include water, heat, common area electricity, exterior maintenance of the buildings (siding, roofing, exterior lighting, etc.), maintenance of the clubhouse, grounds keeping (mowing, snow removal), building systems maintenance (sewers, boilers, plumbing, heat, etc.) and more. Dues DO NOT include Internet, unit electricity, phone, cable or satellite service.
